WELCOME

Our classroom will be busy at work during these next five weeks to foster a great sense and desire of becoming life-long learners. My heart and hope for your child is that he or she will grow in confidence in his or her approach to Reading and Math. We will read, read, read, and work to develop new ways to see and understand mathematical concepts. I cannot wait to get to know your child and to grow together in the coming weeks! / COMMUNICATION

I am only a phone call or email away! Please feel free to call the Summer Academy Office or email me at any time if you have any questions or concerns during or weeks together! I’ll be sure to respond within 24 hours!

BRAIN BREAKS
Students will be given ten minutes in the day for a quick brain break. If weather permits, we will have a brain break outside. If not, we will have a brain break activity indoors.
/ OUR DAILY SCHEDULE
“When you are inquisitive, Jane, you always make me smile. You open your eyes like an eager bird, and make every now and then a restless movement, as if answers in speech did not flow fast enough for you, and you wanted to read the tablet of one's heart.”
―Charlotte Bronte, Jane Eyre
