Immunisation Services within Brisbane Lifestyle has an exciting opportunity for two Program Support Officers to join our warm and friendly team.

We provide free vaccinations through our suburban infant clinics, which operate during the day for 49 weeks of the year. These infant clinics provide childhood vaccinations for children aged from twomonths to eight years.We also deliver a school based vaccination program funded by Queensland Health to high school students. This program runs during the year from February toNovember (except for school holidays).

This role will see you:

  • providing exceptional customer service at both infant and school clinics
  • helping with customer enquiries in a clinic based setting
  • helping to complete consent forms
  • maintaining,recording and reporting medical records and data.

You and your team will be travelling to clinics throughout Brisbane. These are set up in community health centres and halls, libraries and schools across the city. The majority of your working week will be spent off site at the clinics with one day back at our office in Green Square. Your working hours will be 7.45am to 4.00pm.

Working within the Field Services Group, you have the opportunity to provide quality administration of contract payments and associated support activities.

The position is based at the Lennon Street depot at Stafford on Brisbane's northside. You will be responsible for coordinating progress payments through the Advance Contract Administration (ACA) payment system and preparing schedules for the processing of these payments.

This role provides you with the opportunity to provide support within the tendering process and management of Contractor Performance Reports. Your attention to detail and ability to provide accurate high level administrative services relating to contract payments will be well suited. Specifically, you will manage a variety of financial and contract data while accurately managing our information spreadsheets.

You will require:

  • experience in preparing and administering progress payments through Council's Ellipseand web view with a particular focus on the ACA payment system
