Guests interested in hiring the services of one of the vendors listed below should make arrangements well in advance to their scheduled stay at the ranch.
Food Services
Frankies Casanova Bar and Grill (www.frankiesnm.com) One of the best restaurants in northern New Mexico is located right here in Pecos at the four way stop. They may be hired to cook for or cater or deliver for your group or you may order large carry out orders (i.e. trays of green chili chicken enchilada casserole, lasagna etc.). Sofia Valencia- Located at the “Y” intersection on the way up to the ranch, Sofia has a catering business and is available to cook for your group or prepare meals in advance for pick up. She specializes in traditional New Mexican cuisine and can be reached at (505) 757-2870 or
Adobo Catering- Based in Santa Fe, Adobo specializes in catering for groups in remote locations, offering high end food services with a Santa Fe flare. Every detail will be taken care of with great attention from start to finish. The owner, Peter Dent can be reached at (505) 660-2015 or
Starson Roy- Classically French trained, with a love and flair for southwest flavors, this former Executive Chef of Cow Creek Ranch may be hired by your group to see to all things culinary. Having cooked for the likes of Paul McCartney, Roger Plant and Jason Aldean, he can do anything from creek side fish fry’s to multi-course white table cloth tasting menus. With 3-4 weeks notice, he can be hired for his reasonable day rate plus the cost of food, and he will be responsible for picking up all food and supplies and preparing all meals at the ranch. Massage Therapists
Guests should contact massage therapists directly to arrange for treatments at the ranch. A minimum of two treatments is required and rates are set by each individual therapist.

Fly Fishing Guides
If interested in booking a guide while at the ranch, please do so by contacting the ranch directly. All of the guides are independent agents and will provide rods, leader tippet, flies and an excellent working knowledge of the waters. They will not provide waders, or lunch.

*Guide rates include gratuity. There will be no private water access fee for guests staying at the lodge, as it is already included in the rate of booking the lodge. Rates do not include taxes and are subject to change.
Sporting Clays
Guests may book a round of sporting clays through the ranch. A minimum of 5 shooters is required and the rate is $45 per person.
Cowboy Musician
George Stumpff- George has been involved with the workings of the ranch for over 40 years and has been sharing the authentic ranch experience with guests through his cowboy music. You would be hard pressed to find a better picker or yodeler. He may be hired to perform for your group for $120 per hour and can be reached at (505) 757-3312 or
