Dear Sir or Madam,
Many of the world's largest supermarket chains are already successfully working with our SelfCookingCenter® whitefficiency®. For most of these supermarket chains, the new "integrated grease drain" in particular presents the optimum problem solution for preparing chicken and other greasy foods. Due to the large demand for this problem solution, we are pleased to announce that the unit option "integrated grease drain" is now also available for the SelfCookingCenter® whitefficiency® floor units types 201 and 202.
A detailed description of the important components (grease drip tray, pipes, ball valve, filler nozzle, collecting tank) that are supplied as standard with the "integrated grease drain" unit option for floor units 201/202 is given below.
Drip trays and grease drip tray in the mobile oven rack
With the "integrated grease drain" option there are 2 drip trays fitted in the mobile oven rack (flexibly insertable for all racks) with an outlet channel as well as a grease drip tray with outlet pipe. As with the table-top units, the dripping grease is collected and routed out of the back of the cooking chamber. Please note that the grease drip tray must be removed from the mobile oven rack for automatic CareControl cleaning. In addition, the outlet must be covered with the sealing plug.
Shut-off valve and grease collecting tank for installation on the right or left of the unit
The shut-off valve (Ø 50 mm ball valve) allows the grease collecting tank to be replaced safely and easily during operation. To change the tank, the filler nozzle with the quick-fit closure simply has to be lowered and the tank can easily be removed.
A grease drain set consisting of 2x drip tray, 1x drain channel, 1x grease collecting container can now be ordered separately for all 201/ 202 mobile oven racks (excluding prison version and 400x600 mm baking version).

The unit option "integrated grease drain" option for floor units 201 and 202 cannot be retrofitted!
