SUBJECT: FCoE TASKORD 14-XXX 1st Quarter, FY 15 Fort Sill 80hrs Sharp Certification Course

1. Situation. On the 250900SEP14 Fort Sill SHARP Team has been approved to host the SHARP Certification Courses for credential Advisors, Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARCs) and Victim Advocates (VAs). The SHARP Certification Courses are restricted to advisors and SARC/VA who will serve in authorized positions and appointed by the commander.

2. Mission. FCOE SHARP Office will conduct 80hrs Sharp course on 200900OCT14 at the Harry Truman Education Center. Fort Sill organization will provide personnel to attend the SHARP Certification Courses in order to enhance unit capabilities and requirements. Commanders will ensure personnel selected to attend the courses complete all registration requirements.

3. Execution.

3.A. Suspense: 161200OCT14

3.B. Concept of operations. The Fort Sill SHARP Team conducts training for all credentials advisors as part of the credentialing process. Units provide Soldiers in the rank of SSG or higher for training and alternate personnel. The Installation SHARP office provides primary instructors and assistant instructors.

3.C. Tasks.

3.C.2.FCoE SHARP. Provide primary and alternate instructors for SHARP Certification Training. Sharp office will compile all documents for each SHARP candidate and maintain these documents in SHARP office. These items are inspectable for VA/SARC SHARP specialist. The installation will coordinate with the TRADOC and HQDA to register participants for the course.

3.C.3. FCOE, USAG, MEDAC, DENTAC, 30th ADA, 31st ADA, 75th FA, 214th FiB, 428th FA, 434th FA, and 1st BDE 95th Div.

3.D.1. All units must provide FS-320; ASAP checks; Sex Offender Registry http://www.nsopw.org; CID Checks; Behavioral Health Screening; MEMO Sharp Advisor Statement of Understanding sign by Student/Soldier and Company/Battery Commander or higher.

3.D.2 All units submit all required documentation to SFC Dao at the Fort Sill SHARP Office NLT 16 OCT 14.
