Subject: Career Fair Set-up

To All Career Fair Presenters:

On behalf of the Members and Officers of the Nebraska Section of the American Welding Society thank you for participating in our Third Annual Welding Career Fair. At this time we have 13 tables and are pleased with the response. Obviously you feel as we do that such an event has great potential value for our industries.

There will be 2 opportunities to set up your materials. The first is Friday, February 29, 2008 between the hours of 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. The second will be Saturday morning, at 7:00 am, before the show. Please enter through the ITC (Industrial Training Center) front door and check in at the AWS Booth.

Please plan on staffing your area for the entire Fair or have information that you can leave if that isn’t possible. Last year there were a number of late attendees who arrived to find empty presenter tables.

Any door prizes you would be willing to donate or demonstrations would be highly appreciated.
