DearEd,

Thank you for your interest in calling. I will be coordinating your formal Calling Kick-off. In order to insure that your calling needs are met in the most efficient way possible, there are several steps that must be taken prior to the start of calling. These steps are outlined below.

A) Items forEd

  • Please review the information provided for you on theCalling Team Home Page.
  • Please review theLong Version of the Calling Agreementwhich provides additional, important information
  • Return theCalling Analysisand theCalling Agreementto me , to your Key Assistant and . These documents can be found both at this link and they are also attached to this e-mail.
  • Provide us with a copy of your email signature.
  • Review the calling and e-mail scripts attached to this e-mail.
  • For the Kick-Off, please allow 30 minutes at a time when you can be in front of your computer.

B) Items for the Kick-off team:

  • ContactEd to answer any questions he may have
  • Insure that all documents are provided to the appropriate team leader as soon as received
  • ProvideEd with the details of the Calling Kick-off including the date and time as well as the dial—in information

C) Steps following the Kick-Off Call:

  • The team leader will provide you with a “Systems Document” which provides all the information required to begin calling.
  • Review the document
  • Provide information on any changes needed or approve
  • A caller will be assigned to fit your calling needs
  • The caller will speak with you by phone prior to beginning calling

D) What you can expect once calling begins:

  • A Daily Calling Report will be e-mailed to you by your caller following each calling session which will provide you with detailed information on all live calls
  • A Daily Log will be sent to you from our internal system which will provide you with quantified information on the length of the calling session, contact attempts, number of live contacts and the status of the live contacts
  • Golden Egg information will be provided to you additionally in a separate e-mail/phone call

If Steps A through C are completed in a timely manner, you should expect calling to begin within one week.
