Course Description

Studying, practicing computational and logical skill, learning that are learning in the following topics:

Exponential function, Logarithm function, common logarithm, estimation of a number by using logarithm, converting a base of logarithm, exponential equation and logarithm equation.

Learning Experience

Students are learning and researching with actual conducting, experimenting, concluding, and reporting in order to gain the skills of computing, problem solving, reasoning, mathematical communicating, as well as to exploit those knowledge, sense, and skill for daily activity creatively. Also, students recognize the importance of mathematics and earn a good attitude. They are be able to work systematically, cautiously, responsibly, judiciously, and confidently.

Assessment

Multiple methodologies will be applied to measure and evaluate based on the nature of the contents and requirement.

In order to measure and evaluate, the ratio between cumulative score and final-exam scoreis 70:30. That means the cumulative score throughout the semester expect final exam is 70 out of 100 points.

1. Cumulative score collecting before midterm is 25 points, composed of:
