b.  Filling and laboratory must be well furnished with AC, tiles, false ceiling in-case there is no RCC roof.

Note: Proposed water treatment plant can even work continuously for 7-8Hrs. per day leaving aside 1 Hour for the recommended Backwashing of the Filtration system.
