1.0 Logging in:

To login to MyCoyote Self-Service web site:

1.Type your MyCoyote Identification in the Coyote ID text box

2.Type your Password in the Password text box

3.Select the Sign In button.ge of m

2.0 Navigating to the Student Center Self-Service web site and Student’s Self-Service Center overview:

To navigate to the MyCoyote Student Center Self-Service web site,

Inside the Student Center web site there are three sections:

1.Academics section

2.Finances section

3.Personal Information section

3.0 Navigating to the Student Account Summary Page:

The Finances section provides the following links:

1.Accounr Inquiry

2.Enroll In Direct Deposit

3.View Financial Aid

4.Accept/Decline Awards

To navigate to the Account Summary page, select the Account Inquiry link.

The Account Summary Page displays.

4.0 Viewing the account inquiry web pages:

Inside the Account Summary page, there are five tabs.

1.Summary

2.Activity

3.Charges due

4.Payments

5.Pending Aid

The Account Summary page will show what is due now and what is due in the future. It will give you a chart that tells:

1.The term of the transaction was post

2.The amount of the outstanding charges and deposits

3.The pending financial aid

4.The total amount due

To view all of your account activity, select theActivity tab.

This chart will give you the following information:

1.The posted dates of each transaction

2.The activity you paid or will pay for

3.The term that the activity took place

4.The amount of the charge

5.The amount of the payment

6.The amount of the refund

You may filter your account activity by term for specific dates or a range of dates.

Selecting the charges due tab will provide the following information:

1.The due date of the charge

2.The due amount

3.The grand total amount

  1. You may expand the Details by Due Datesection to view charge details by thedue date.
  1. You may use the View By drop down list to filter the charges due by term.
  2. You may expand the Details by Chargesection to view charge details by charge.

The Payments tab will provide the following information.

1.The date when the payment was paid.

2.The type of payment it was paid by

3.The amount that was paid

A. To view the specific charges paid by this payment, select the Paid Amounthyperlink.

B. You may specify a range of the dates to view the posted and pending payment activity within the specific date range.

The Pending Aid tab will provide the following information.

1.The pending list of Financial Aid Award

2.The Term for each Financial Aid Award

3.The amount of each Financial Aid Award

A.To view thepending financial aid amounts by all terms or specificterms, select a term from the View Bydrop down list.

B.To view the financial aid information, select the Financial Aid link.

C.To be able to access a different section such as Account Inquiry, My Academics and Student Center, select a section from the go to ...drop down list.
