Student Self-Service Tutorial: Overview

1.0 Logging In:

To login to My Coyote Self-Service web site:

Type your My Coyote Id in the Coyote ID text box.

Type your Password in the Password text box and

Select theSign In button.

2.0 Navigating to Student Center Self-Service website:

To navigate to the My Coyote Student Center Self-Service web site,

Select the Student Center link after logging in My Coyote.

Inside the Student Center web site there are three sections:

Academics section,

Finances Section and

The Personal Information section

3.0 The Academic Section:

The Academic section shows the enrollment and academic history links to your school account.

Select the My Class Schedule link to view your class Schedule for the current quarter.

Select the Add link to add classes.

Select the Drop a class link to drop classes.

Select the Grades link to view grades from all Cal State University San Bernardino quarters.

To access other academic pages, select the option from the other academic drop down list and pick from:

1.Enrollment verification,

2.Exam Schedule,

3.Swap Classes and

4.Unofficial transcripts.

Also the Academic section provides a button to search for classes.

Select the Search for Classes button to search for classes.

4.0 The Financial Section:

The Finances section provides links to view your student finance information.

Select the Account Inquiry link to see a summary of your accountinformation.

Select the View Financial Aid link to view your financial aid information at Cal State University, San Bernardino.

5.0 The Personal Information Section:

The Personal Information section shows your Contact Information.

You can add, remove, or edit your emergency contacts.

3.Privacy Settings.
