Note: The number of spaces for people’s names indicates an approximate number of people needed for each role. People can and should sign up for more than one role. Of course, they’re only able to do one role during the first 10 minutes of a rally, and one role during the last 5 minutes, but can sign up for as many as 7 roles total.

Roles for the first 10 minutes of rallies

Greet students, encourage lingering students to come in, hand out contact cards, and direct them where to sit as they come in.
