******************************************************************************** ELIGIBILITY: Freshmen are not eligible to drive on campus. Grades, behavior and attendance determine eligibility of other students. A student is eligible unless one of the following things happen (1) 5 days unexcused (2) failed 2 or more classes on grades (3) suspended out of school more than once for any reason, or (4) prosecuted or assigned to alternative school. A permit suspended or revoked shall be for the remainder of the school year. The principal may suspend or revoke a permit as a disciplinary sanction.

******************************************************************************** STUDENT SECTION: I understand the school parking and driving regulations in the student handbook and the designated parking spaces. I know parking or moving violations are subject to a fine, suspension or revocation of the permit, towing at the owner’s expense, ISS, out-of-school suspension, prosecution, or a combination of these sanctions. I agree to observe and obey all traffic, vehicle equipment laws, and observe a 15 mph speed limit while on school grounds and in the school zones. I know that any vehicle on school property is subject to search. I am aware that the school is not responsible for lost or stolen property or damage to my vehicle while on school grounds.
