(Business professional attire is required to attend this field tirp. Students not wearing business professional attire will not be allowed to attend).

This field trip supports the District-approved curriculum in the following subject area(s): Students will learn new business skills and knowledge from workshops that they attend at the Region 24 FBLA Leadership Conference. Students will also practice and refine their presentation skills through the competitive events that they will be competing in.

I recognize and acknowledge that there are risks in participating in any field trip.

Intended to be legally bound, I do hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Peters Township School District, its officers, employees and agents, from any liability for any injury to my son or daughter (above named) resulting from any cause whatsoever in connection with the activity listed above.

  • If you choose to not sign/agree with the hold harmless release, your child will not be permitted to attend the field trip. Alternate instructional activities/assignments will be provided at the child’s school in lieu of the field trip.
  • Students may be considered a part of a school-sponsored field trip and may participate in the school trip activities only if school personnel have approved the student’s participation in the trip, if school-approved transportation has been utilized, and if the proper forms have been signed by the parent/guardian of the child.
