`Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp

Summer Lifting & Conditioning Will Make a Difference

The Shanley Strength and Conditioning Camp beginsMonday, June 1st. The camp will be designed to improve strength, power, speed and cardiovascular fitness over an eight week period. Most athletes work the hardest during the school year, only to give up training and have all their gains diminish during the summer months. The fact is, the summer months are the most important times of the year. For most athletes, once the summer begins, little to no attention is paid to the qualities they’ve worked so hard to improve upon. The strength and conditioning camp will better prepareathletes to enter the seasonstronger and in better condition than ever before.
