To attend camp you must be 8yrs old by January 1st 2015 and be a paid up member of the Strathearn Branch of the Pony Club. The cost of camp this year is £130, at the early bird rate. This includes all instruction, rosettes, badges & prizes. Please note that this is a non-residential camp, ponies & children go home at the end of each day.
There will be a prize giving & BBQ on Thursday afternoon after the children’s competition. Please include an additional £2.50 per person with your camp fee for your burger, we ask that parents help provide side dishes and desserts.
Parents are invited to help throughout the camp. There are many ways to help, such as help setting up the equipment to providing home baking for snacks plus much more. Please see the attached application form for further details.

Parents
We do not require parents to stay everyday with the exception of Thursday when we will be holding the end of camp gymkhana and BBQ. But we would love parents to volunteer to help at any other time during the camp. Camp cannot run without a team of helpers, please don’t be shy. The more people we have, the more the jobs can be divided. We do however also understand that it is not always possible for some parents to help due to other commitments. We always welcome donations of home baking or other cakes/biscuits (without nuts please) for the children’s snacks everyday.
