We agree that either owner or both may collect the vehicle, subject to this agreement & subject to the terms & conditions of release as set out here in. We are unable to provide any refunds of rental monies.

  1. All Caravans/Motor Homes/Boats will be secured with security devices provided by the clients as per the conditions of the owners insurance policy, and as notified to proprietors in respect of the stored Caravan/Motor Home/Boat.
  2. All personal effects and valuables must be removed from the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat and the windows and doors will remain locked during the period of storage.
  3. Wherever possible all gas bottles should be removed from the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat - no other noxious, dangerous, hazardous, or explosive goods are permitted on site.
  4. Access for Caravan/Motor Home/Boat storage is between 9am to 4pm; access at any other time by arrangement with proprietor.
  5. Caravans/Motor homes/Boats will be parked by the facility staff. No access to the main storage area by clients is permitted.
  6. All Caravans/Motor Homes/Boats must be insured and kept insured during the period of storage
  7. No trading is permitted from the site, and caravans/motor homes must not be offered or advertised for sale while on site.
  8. Caravans/Motor Homes/Boats must not be inhabited during storage period.
  9. No repairs are to be carried out on site. Minor repairs may be carried out with the proprietors permission and at their sole discretion.
  10. A surcharge of £20 will apply to customers who wish to have a wheel clamp fitted whilst their caravan is in storage.
  11. The annual rental is (£…….), payable in advance, the proprietor has the right to alter the rental by giving due notice to the owner.
  12. In the event of the storage fee being overdue the proprietor may retain possession (lien) until the arrears are settled in full or otherwise discharged.
  13. The proprietor undertakes to notify possession by recorded delivery
  14. In the event of rental payments not being made within one month of the due date the proprietor reserves the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat.
  15. The proprietor excludes all liability caused by Vermin Infestation, a recognized vermin regime is in place and is monitored regularly.
  16. In the performance of this agreement the proprietor will at all times act with due diligence in providing secure storage.
  17. The proprietor excludes all liability for loss or damage by whatever cause where the means employed are in excess of the duty of due diligence.
  18. Any changes to the details provided by the owners in this agreement to be notified to the proprietor without undue delay.
  19. A minimum of 48hrs notice is required to bring the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat from the main storage area into the secure collection area for clients to remove or unload/load up etc. Failure to give 48hrs will incur a additional cost of £20.00 per movement
  20. Two exceptions to clause 18 are permitted and allowed per year, for unforeseen circumstances.
  21. If the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat is pulled into the compound area upon owners request and not removed on the said day, a charge of £20.00 will be made to put the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat, payable before the vehicle is required again.
  22. The proprietor reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time upon giving 14 days written notice sent by recorded delivery to the owner as per details here in.
  23. The proprietor reserves the right to move the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat within the boundaries of the site or elsewhere in case of emergencies or essential maintenance or for other good reason.
  24. In the case of joint ownership of the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat either owner is entitled to collect from site by completing the necessary security information.
  25. I, the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat owner agree to pay a fee of £20.00 per notification for administration purposes if payment is over the due date
  26. I, the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat owner agree to pay Caravan/Motor Home/Boat storage fees at the rate of £20.00 per week should full payment not be received by due date.
  27. I, the Caravan/Motor Home/Boat owner agree to the above terms and conditions in relation to the storage of a Caravan, Motor Home, Boat
