Philosophy
We will try to make the game fun and enjoyable while stressing that basketball is a game of fundamentals. Fundamentals are the key to success. We encourage any level of play including beginners to join. We will try to dictate the level of instruction to the individual needs of the student. It’s never too early or late to learn.

Coach Caira completed his first year at Stoneham in historic fashion. Coach Caira helped guide Stoneham to the Division III North Sectional Finals. This is the farthest Stoneham has gotten in a post season tournament in over 40 years. Coach Caira played basketball at nearby MerricmackCollege. He has a wealth of coaching experience and is considered one of the top young coaches in the area.

Coach Harrington has guided the Red Raiders to eighteen straight tournament appearances while compiling 309 wins. While at Watertown Coach Harrington has helped guide Watertown to 2 State Titles, 3 Emass Titles, 6 Sectional Titles, and 9 Sectional Finals. Coach Harrington was recognized at the Boston Globe’s Division III Coach of the Year for 2002-2003 and 2006-2007. He is regarded as one of the best coaches in the area and has spoken and worked at numerous camps around EasternMass.
Mark Papas

Warrior AAU Basketball
Coach Papas has developed one of the strongest AAU programs in the northeast. In 2014 eight teams qualified for the AAU National Championships. Coach Papas was also recently elected into the New England AAU Hall of Fame. His organization is considered one of the most talented and well organized in the region. Mark has helped over 200 players to go on to play college basketball.

Divisions
