List every award, honor, medal, certificate, trophy, recognition, achievement, top grades, top scores, top classes, etc. you have received, gained, or takensince the beginning of your high school career.
Please list everythingyou can think of in each category.
Scholarship: grades, scores, honors / AP / college classes, etc.
Leadership: recognitions, positions held / elected to, honors, etc.
Citizenship: recognitions, service projects, activities, etc.
Extra-Curricular: participation in sports, music, drama, religious groups, etc.
