Steps to Complete After Test Administrator Training

*****BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THESE STEPS*****
Please ensure that you have generated your certificate of completion by selecting the 2015-2016 DLM Test Administrator Certificate icon in your Summary of Previous Attempts page in Moodle! If you do not generate this certificate, the Moodle system will not show that you have completed requirements to be a certified test administrator and you will not be given access to your students and roster(s) in Educator Portal!

9. Become familiar with the additional DLM Professional Development Modules
(These are not required by NH, but are great resources for teachers) / DLM Optional Professional Development Modules
10a. Use the Accessibility Manual and work with IEP teams to determine what accessibility supports should be provided for each student taking the DLM assessments.
10b. Record chosen supports in student’s PNP Profile in Educator Portal / Accessibility Manual
Follow directions on Page 32 of the Accessibility Manual or as outlined in Step 13 of this document.
11. Review NH requirements for documentation of DLM Accessibility supports as testing supports. Adjust the testing supports in students’ IEPs if necessary. / Please check with your District Test Coordinator if you are unsure of how to document DLM Accessibility Supports as testing supports in your students’ IEPs.
12. Review student demographic information in Educator Portal for accuracy and correct if needed.

Log in to Educator Portal
  1. Choose user role view if needed.
  2. Click Student on the home page.
  3. Select View Students
  4. Apply filters in the Select Organization fields to choose the level you need.

  2. Click Rosters on the homepage
  3. Select View Roster
  4. Apply filters in the Select Organization fields to choose the level you need; click Search




13. Ensure the Access (PNP) Profile is updated and correct in Educator Portal / Log into Educator Portal
  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Students.
  3. In the Select Action drop-down menu, click View Students
  4. Select Organizational Information and click Search.

8. Review & Select Options for Display Enhancements

14. Ensure the First Contact (FC) Survey is updated and complete in Educator Portal /

15. Ensure your technical liaison has installed KITE on testing devices / Please check with your District Test Coordinator if you are unsure who is your Technical Liaison.
16. Familiarize yourself and your students with DLM Testlets
a) Access practice activities and released testlets
b) Check compatibility of students’ devices with KITE / Access Practice Activities and Released Testlets
(KITE Client must be installed on the testing device before you can access these resources)
