Provide leadership and administrative oversight for the seven campuses and online program across the School of Social Work system for the implementation of BSW and MSW field curricula, ensuring what is taught within the classroom is integrated with the practical world of the field setting and vice versa.

Ensure that the program is operated in accordance with all relevant laws, policies, procedures and instruction from the Board of Directors and the Executive Director.

  • Hire, train, and supervise twenty-four direct care, case management, therapeutic, and administrative staff.
  • Implement a monthly professional development program ensuring all staff are appropriately trained in order to meet licensing and accreditation standards.

Managed all National Volunteer Corps and employment matters within the national office and all affiliate programs, including the personnel policies, recruitment, screening and hiring of all volunteers, residential staff and senior level affiliate staff. Centralized the recruitment and screening process of affiliate staff, freeing up valuable time of Affiliate Executive and Program Directors. Increased the number of Volunteer Corps Members from 28 in 1997 to 42 in 2001. Retained over 90% of the volunteers each year and transitioned 30% of them into paid positions after their one-year commitment.
