DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP

The Finance Alliance for Sustainable Trade (FAST) is a leading and innovative, global international organization representing financial institutions (FSPs), sustainable small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and others stakeholders working to improve access to finance for sustainable SMEs. With more than 150 members in more than 30 countries, FAST provides training,analytics,andmatchmakingservicesinordertoclosetheaccesstofinancegapforSMEs working in sustainable agriculture and forestry, in Latin America and EastAfrica.

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Assistant will report to the CEO and appointees and will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. He/she should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work with CEO to implement digital communicationsstrategy.

-Planandexecuteallweb,SEO/SEM,marketingdatabase,email,socialmediaanddisplay advertisingcampaigns

-Design, build and maintain our social mediapresence

-Grow, update and maintaindatabase

-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI andKPIs)

-Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on theinsights

-Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize userexperience

Requirements /Qualifications:

-Degree or degree in progess in Marketing, Communications or relevantfield

-Knowledge of online marketing, SEO, Google analytics and GoogleAdwords

-Experience and knowledge of community management and Social MediaAnalytics

-Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint andExcel

-Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools andtechniques

-Knowledge of any graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canvas, Microsoft Publisher or any other)

-Excellent writingskills

-Fluent in English (both oral and written). Proficiency in French or Spanish anasset

-Positive and customer orientedattitude

-Good at multitasking, research and problem solvingmindset

-Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm (open to discussion with selectedcandidates)
