COUNTY OF CHARLESTON)
WHEREAS, COMMISSIONERS OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT, SOUTH CAROLINA was granted an easement for the construction, location, operation, maintenance and repair of a water and/or sewer line together with all rights and powers incident to the use and enjoyment thereof and the right of ingress and egress therefrom from (ORIGINAL LANDOWNER NAME) by Grant of Perpetual Easement dated ______and recorded in the RMC Office for Charleston County in Book ____, Page____; and
WHEREAS, COMMISSIONERS OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT, SOUTH CAROLINA has determined that it is able to eliminate a portion of the easement referred to hereinabove which crosses land in which (CURRENT LANDOWNER NAME) may have an interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, COMMISSIONERS OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT, SOUTH CAROLINA, in consideration of the sum of FIVE AND 0/100 ($5.00) DOLLARS, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby release and discharge unto (CURRENT LANDOWNER NAME), her heirs, successors and assigns forever, all of its rights, title and interest to that portion of the above cited utility easement which is described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said easement unto (CURRENT LANDOWNER NAME), his or her heirs, successors and assigns forever, freed exonerated from and discharged of the portion of said easement as cited above.
This partial cancellation of easement shall have no effect upon the remainder of the Grant of Perpetual Easement from (ORIGINAL LANDOWNER NAME) by Grant of Perpetual Easement dated ______and recorded in the RMC Office for Charleston County in Book ____, Page____, which shall remain in full force and effect except as otherwise provided herein.
