FAILURE TO APPEAR AT HEARING OFFICER CONFERENCE

A Hearing Officer Conference Report, containing specific recommendations, was previously rendered herein on______. The ______was absent despite ______service on ______. Accordingly, he/she is deemed to have waived his/her right to object to the recommendations contained in the Hearing Officer Conference Report. In recognition of this, the opposing party hereby also waives his/her right to object to the Hearing Officer Conference Report and requests that this judgment be signed, adopting and implementing the Hearing Officer Conference Report including the findings and recommendations therein.

THE FOREGOING CONSIDERED, the court based upon the pleadings, the law, the recommendations of the Hearing Officer, on its own motion and with opposing party’s request, renders the following relief:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Hearing Officer Conference Report including the findings and recommendations therein is hereby adopted and implemented and made the Judgment of the Court, and that any and all hearings which are currently scheduled with the Court which concern any of said issues are hereby set aside and dismissed.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Hearing Officer’s recommendation regarding the allocation of court costs be adopted.
