Star Micronics VIP Club PROMOTION RULES & REGULATIONS
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The VIP Club Promotion ("Promotion") starts on July 1st,
2010 at 12:00am Eastern Time and closes on December, 2010 at 12:00am Eastern Time. The

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to all registered resellers who purchase Star Micronics’s product in the following geographic locations: North America (Canada, USA (50 states and Mexico), Central and South America and countries in the Caribbean. All Entrants must have reached the age of majority in the state in which he orshe resides at the time of entry into the Promotion, and must be purchasing Star’s product in one of the certified Star Distributors.The following 3rd party resellers are not eligible to participate in the VIP Club program, as they have unique corporate policies that require manufacturer’s Spiff and rebate program to be run through their own corporate vehicle: CDW, PC Connection, PC Mall, Insight, Zones, Tech Depot and Dell
3. OFFER:
1) At registration, each reseller will be requested to enter a product of choice (eg: TSP100, TSP650, TSP1000, etc…) and a distributor of choice. Starting the first day of the following month, the reseller will receive a rebate of 5% on any selected product sold for the next (first) 2 months.
2) In addition, on the first day of every month, each registered reseller will receive a special rebate offer on a product from the Star Micronics offering. This offer will change every month and will be defined the first day of the month.
3) During the 6 month period of the promotion, Star will also offer randomly special prizes. Prizes will be valued from $100 to $500. These offers will be based on the sales of product either in limited or unlimited time frame(all will close on December 31st 2010).
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The Promotion is offered electronically via the Internet ( (soon to come). AllEntrants who are registered members of the Star VIP Club are automatically entered into the Promotion. All

Entrants may receive one (1) entry by legibly printing theEntrant’s name, street address, city, province, postal code, telephone number, and completeemail address , product of choice and distributor(s) to which they will be purchasing Star’s products
Personal information, including contact information that you provide will be used in accordancewith Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at If you areselected as a Winner, you will be notified by email to the email address you provided whenregistering and your information may be publicly disclosed as part of awinner's list. In the event of a dispute, the winner will be deemed to be the legal holder of theemail account.
5. REBATE PRICE RULES (for “Member selected” rebate and “Star defined” Rebate):
Price of the selected product will stay the same during the promotion period.
Rebate will be provided at the time of purchase (or by the end of the month) to any distributor’s customer by Star’s authorized distributors.
Star Micronics will reimburse distributor, by check, based on invoice, POS report provided and proof of paid rebates.
POS report must be received by Star Micronics no later than 90 days of the close of each promotion month, to be eligible for rebate reimbursement. Failure to submit required information within 90 days of the close of each promotion month; will result in forfeiture of funds from Star Micronics.
This rebate program does not apply when a Price Exception is in effect.
