FANTASTICK PATRICK PRODUCTIONS PERFORMANCE RIDER

1.  Stage requirements: The performance space must have ceiling height no lower than 15’. The stage must be a minimum of 10’x10’, with a hard surface. If performance is to take place outdoors, shade must be provided.

2.  Cancellation Policy: No penalty will apply to cancellations made prior to 48 hours of scheduled performance. If cancellations are made within 48 hours of performance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the contract rate will apply.

3.  Overtime Policy: $35 for each 15 minutes over will be applied, if artist is required to stay past scheduled time.

4.  Safety Policy: Due to the dangerous nature of some of the performance, Client must provide security for performance/stage area. No children or other audience members to be onstage unless invited by Artist.

5.  Client shall provide Artist with two or more bottles of water.

6.  Strolling jobs of more than one hour will include a 10-minute break every hour.

7.  Client will provide complimentary parking/unloading for Artist near the performance space.

8.  Artist may cancel this engagement and return any deposits by giving Client at least 30 days notice to such effect in order to permit him to render services in preparation, performance, or other activity relating to a television appearance, motion picture, or stage production agreement.

9.  Client will provide a map of performance site along with surrounding areas, including access from major highways, etc.

10.  Payment must be made within 30 days of performance. A $100 late fee will apply for late payments.

11.  Wherever possible, event press, brochures, and web sites should link to www.fantastickpatrick.com.

12.  Please forward any reviews, articles, photos, or press-related materials concerning Artist's performance to Artist.
