The more of these practise questions you do, the better you are likely to perform in the end of semester exam. If you are constantly looking in your book to clarify information, you don’t know the work well enough.

Before you do a ‘set’ of questions, read through your class notes and have a look through previous practise questions and the end of topic test. Then you should be able to do the majority of the questions without needing to glance at your notes. When you have done some questions, check the answers in the back of the textbook. Not every answer is in there and they are not all ‘fully-worked’ solutions, but it should give you a reasonable idea as to how you are going.

You don’t need to do the questions in the order they are shown here – you need to focus your revision on the sections that you are weaker at and spend longer learning that theory and practising those questions.
