January
- Submit Field Permit Applications (McMurray-April/May, St Paul Park & Rec and Murray Jr-June/July St paul School District), Board President. As soon as possible after the Jan 1
- YLM (Boys) Association Registration & Dues (2013 = $150) due by Jan 15, Board President & Treasurer

Check website youthlaxmn.org for current year’s dues and mailing information
- Set up SPYLacrosse website in preparation for Registration, Registration/website manager
Review Budget to finalize registration fees, Treasurer & Board
- Send out Registration Alert email to returning players at all levels
February
- Payment for website ($350 for 2014) due before Feb 15, Treasurer
March
- Turn On Registration Button on website on March 1
- Adult Coaches (18 & over) must complete on-line Coaches training. Seemnlaxhub.com website
- Deposits for McMurray field time to the City of St Paul for Youth spring
- Coach registration opens up on YLM website on March 15. Background checks required on all coaches,
proof of on-line NFHS Concussion Training and completion of on-line USL Coaches Training Level I.
April
- Youth Kick-off;First Spring Practice and Equipment distribution
3rdSaturday in April (2014, April 26; Easter fell on 3rd Sun)
- YLM (Boys) Team Registrations (Scheduling Forms) due before May 1, Boys Coordinator
- YLM (Boys) Field Registration due before May 1, Boys Coordinator

- MSSLax (Girls) Early Registration & Team Fees dueby May 1, Girls Coordinator

- Finalize McMurray time used and final payment, Head Coach or HS Manager/Coordinator

- Reconcile Officials payment balance in RefPay.
