Treasury Report
Bank balance is in the region of £1,069.24
Pantomine Outing
Pantomime outing finalised and the buses have been booked / Book another 5 tickets on top of that
Safer route to school
Plans have been shared and concerns still exist for the walking route to school.Councillor Craig. / Councillor Craig to try visit the location with the safer route to school team.
Funding
Playground marking and commonwealth games legacy funding. Details of the forms to be filled in and then description of what the funding would be for and then how to benefit the children. Awards for all for 2014. Send it to Mel Millar who will review and make alterations. / Alan to submit the funding for playground marking and paints.
Eco Committee
Eco meeting will take place next week and work on the grounds and the ideas for Christmas.
£1000 fund to be spent on the garden. / Mrs Franchitti will review theideas for the garden.
Stain Glass Windows
Work on the glass is proceeding well and the sculptor will be school next week to do some soldering.
Support Teacher
- Still ongoing concern that the additional support teacher vacancy has not been filled. There is a concern about the £13m council funding gap and proposals that are being considered to address that gap.
- Freedom of Information act and how many teachers in Larkhall school and the pupil ratios

- Look into the possibility of getting a placement students from MotherwellCollege.
Head Teacher
- Advent appeal – pupils will decide to collect funds for the raffle prizes which have been donated.
- Football are going well and good victories recorded.
- Polytunnel team
- Senior citizens will be invited to the Christmas shows in December
- Two pupils on work experience from LarkhallAcademy
- Topic assemblies this term and all pupils will do presentations.
- P4 have been on the pastoral retreat, P7 will follow
- Scottish Power will be giving safety talk
- £493 bingo night
- Wednesday 11th 1pm and 7pm, 12th of December 7pm
- Outdoors lessons and developing outdoor learning
Response to the petition
Discussions centred on the debate and the opportunity to opt out of the religion lessons. / Alan to write to the group and state that we are not
