Dear Vendor:

The Women’s Club is extending an invitation to join us this year for our 21st Annual Holiday Bazaar.

Preparations are underway to make this year’s Bazaar especially appealing to prospective Vendors.

-  Early Registration to confirm your participation: (First Come, First Served!)

-  Earlier Registration Deadline to avoid excessive Vendor competition

We are accepting Vendor Registrations at this time. Please register early to take advantage of our improved features noted above.

Simply go to:

1)  We have an online application this year. Please use the following link to access the online application: http://goo.gl/forms/1OD501nJ8e, we should have your application after you click on submit. If link doesn’t open, press “Control + Click” or highlight the link and right click and select “Open Hyperlink”.

2)  After completion of the online application, please click on SUBMIT to submit the application. Please feel free to make an inquiry to if you are not sure the application was received. Thank you.

3) You will need to send in a signed copy of the vendor guidelines (only need to mail in the signatory page) which we will send you or you can download yourself (download at silcc.org>Community Life>Women’s Club>Vendor Guidelines document). You will also need to send pictures of your items if this is your first time with us.

4) A check made payable to St. Ignatius Loyola Women’s Club should be mailed to the above letterhead address along with your signatory page of the Vendor Guidelines to St. Ignatius Loyola Women’s Club. Be sure to include your e-mail address and your business name.
