NOTES
- Ask the mayor about having ‘school’ information on the Rec page for September-October.
- Equitability with programming came up: monetarily and with N/R and Resident fee structures.
- ( Why doesn’t dance have a N/R fee and other programs like karate and judo do)
- Commonality with programming, fees, instructors? Or is okay to differentiate?
- Why did poms not go down to $25, why at $27?
- Our open swim prices may need to go down…other rec’s are lower than ours
- What is the cost to run the pool? ( Facilities) Ask Jonathan Mitchell
- We need a comprehensive cost analysis of all programming—throughout the year, not just summer cool. We also need software to help fully implement this.
