Y4 Roman Day / Uniform / Parent Governor
On Tuesday 9th February, Year 4 held parent
workshops as part of their Roman topic. The
children came into school in costume and spent
the day working on different Roman activities –
including making mosaics and Latin! / Don’t forget it’s full school uniform tomorrow! / Can I please remind you that the parent governor nomination forms need to be completed and handed in at the school office before noon tomorrow?
Creativity Week / Y3 Egyptian Day
All classes are involved in Creativity Week. We are using ‘The Bog Baby’ by Jean Willis and Gwen Millward to create different outcomes. There are many activities going on from clay sculpture building to shoe box scenes across school.
Why not come and have a look at a selection of the work tomorrow from 3pm in the school hall? / Today, Year 3 held a parent workshop
as part of their Ancient Egypt topic. The children came into school in costume and spent the day working on different Ancient Egyptian activities - including making their own clay canopic jars!
