Since 21st March 2009, working with M/s.Qatar Kentz as Site Administrator for SHELL Pearl GTL project (a JGC KBR Joint Venture GTL Project) in Ras Laffan Qatar oil and gas field. Also I am supporting the Camp Welfare Advisory Service (WAS) as a Trained and Certified volunteer in Camp Uncle & Aunties Group (It is basically a group composed of volunteers working inside the project, chosen based on a set criteria and undergoes a special training that enables them to not only relate but also handle difficult and sensitive issues. They provide support and assistance by giving an "open ear" in confidence to those who need listening and refer such people as needed to Project Psychologists,if further support and assistance is needed)

Job Responsibilities / Nature of Job

  • To provide Administrative support to O&M Manager, O&M Supervisor & Technicians.
  • Coordination with Head office and Site office for site requirements and employee’s requirements like Visa, Gate pass, Leave Travel, Air Ticket, transportation food and Accommodation, Employee Training etc.
  • Preparation of check lists for Vehicles and Heavy Equipments and Coordinate with PMC HSSE & Security department to conduct periodical vehicle Inspection for Vehicle Pass.
  • Keep safe record and Calendar for Service Level Agreements and Follow-up with various Vendors (SDH/PDH, PABX, CAV/WAN, ACS, Traffic Tech) for periodical Maintenance of Systems and follow-up and coordinative with Client, Vendor and Head office for timely Renewal of Agreements & Payments.
  • Preparation of Gate Pass for SLA Maintenance Technicians.
  • Coordinate with Security Department to get Entry & Exit Passes site vehicles and Material transfer to various site locations and material Godown.
  • To Assist the Managers for their day today activities for preparing internal correspondence, Submission and follow up.
  • Coordinate with TSF Telecom & Infrastructure Manager (Client-KBR) for day today Maintenance activities, Work Order/Site Instruction Approval and daily activity feedback, Additional work approval etc.

To assist with a team with Document Control Group (DCG) Manager for a smooth and easy documentation for M/s.Petro Rabigh, Aramco Project. Also prepare Final Handover Documents (making copies, filing, Indexing, updating data’s in system and server) for handover the document to the client. My duty includes, but not limited to,

  • Register file and distribute all contractual correspondence for the project
  • Update engineering document progress on the document register on a weekly/monthly basis.
