·  We had a full room (good) with a few empty seats (good). / ·  Problem with sound system. I suppose we could have been more aggressive with the Sofitel to manage the settings more directly. (Hard to hear in the back, but that’s why I sat in the front.) / ·  Gas-lift valve seals (packing)

·  Behavior of seal materials in a seal load in downhole environment.
