Q5. Field Space and Time Requirements

Please complete the table below to show how much field space teams in each ‘grade’ require for training, and how long they require it for.

Whilst some teams might like to always have a full field for training please provide information on what is actually needed for effective training.

The example (in italics) shows that teams in that particular grade usually need half a full sized field for 31 to 45 minutes for training.

Please work on full sized field equivalents, ie teams using all a mini field would be shown as using half a full sized equivalent field.

Grade / Amount of field space needed (full sized field equivalent)
Please tick one box only marking the average needed for that grade / Length of time teams train for, on average, each training session
¼ full sized field or less / ½ Full sized field / ¾ full sized field / All full sized field / 30 minutes or less / 45 minutes / 60 minutes / 1½ hours / 2 hours / Over 2 hours
Example / o1 / þ2 / o3 / o4 / o1 / þ2 / o3 / o4 / o5 / o6
