Conditions: Sponsorship or exhibit opportunities are not available to any members of the alcohol industry or their representatives including, but not limited to, trade associations, nonprofits, foundations, law firms and other groups aligned with or supporting the alcohol industry.

Sponsor & Exhibitor Applications are subject to review and acceptance by the U.S. Alcohol Policy Alliance (USAPA).Conference organizers reserve the right to decline any application inconsistent with the mission of the U.S. Alcohol Policy Alliance and/or the Alcohol Policy 18 Conference.Unethical conduct or conduct/materials conflicting with the mission of USAPA and AP18 on the part of the exhibitor or the exhibitor’s agents, or both, will subject the exhibitor or exhibitor’s agents to dismissal from the exhibit area, in which event it is agreed that no refund shall be made by USAPA and, further, that no demand for redress will be made by the exhibitor or the exhibitor’s agents. The exhibition of products or services at AP18 is neither an endorsement of the exhibitor nor of the products or services exhibited. USAPA is not responsible for any claims made by the exhibitor. USAPA reserves the right, even if a Sponsor& Exhibitor Application has been approved, to refuse exhibits, curtail exhibits or close exhibits or parts of exhibits that do not, in USAPA’s sole determination, support the mission of USAPA and/or AP18.

Exhibit Description:

  • Exhibits may be in place for all three days of AP18 at the discretion of the exhibitor and as described below.
  • Exhibitor must be a conference registrant and wear the AP18 exhibitor name badge at all times.
  • Exhibits will be set in a common area and will not be secure overnight or during unstaffed periods.
  • Includes one 6' draped table, tabletop signage, and one chair.
  • Power is typically not supplied. If needed(at an additional cost), please notify Jean Kidd @ by March 2, 2018. Onsite orders of power cannot be guaranteed.
  • Display materials must not interfere with the flow of traffic at the discretion of the hotel.
  • Materials may not be attached in any way to hotel walls, surfaces, or floors. Exhibitors will abide by hotel regulations and will be responsible for any damages to hotel property that was provided to exhibitor for purposes of exhibiting a table at AP18.
