100-yard Reduced Match/Clinic
Never shot in a rifle competition? This event is for you. Low stress match along with a clinic to walk you through how to develop proper positions, tips on what to and not to do to help you develop better marksmanship, and most of all, to have a fun day of shooting!
If you have shot competitions before, this is still for you. You never know what tip you pick up and gives you practice time to work on an issue you’re struggling with, try a different rifle, etc., in a non-NRA or CMP sectioned event.

Fees: $10 CCGCI members, $15 non-members, $5 Juniors (<21)
Rifles Permitted: You are not limited to just those allowed in High Power or Vintage military competitions. It must be a bolt or semi-auto that can be loaded via a magazine or clip and loadable by single round. No BMGs! .22LR is acceptable.
Sights: Iron sights only (NO optics, red dots, etc.)
Ammunition: Furnished by the competitor. You will need 50 rounds minimum plus sighters
Targets: SR-1 (200 reduced), SR21 (300 reduced), and MR31 (600 reduced) will be used at 100yds.
Squadding: Squadding will be done during registration just prior to the match.
Scoring duty: All competitors will be required to score and service targets
Match Schedule:
Registration: 8:00 to 8:30. DO NOT be late or you’ll miss the mandatory safetybriefing at 8:30 and will not be able to shoot
First shot downrange at 9:00 am.
Ten-minute sight in period
Match 1: 100yds, Slow Fire, standing, 10 shots, 10 minutes
Match 2: 100yds, Rapid Fire, sitting, 10 shots, 60 seconds
Match 3: 100yds, Rapid Fire, prone, 10 shots, 70 seconds
Match 4: 100yds, Slow Fire, prone, 20 shots, 20 minutes
Awards: There will be some small cash awards.
Bring your own refreshments. We should be done by 3pm.
