LOCATION: Spokane Convention Center – Exhibit Halls (the big building that looks like a boat!), 334 W Spokane Falls Blvd., Spokane, WA 99201, 509-353-6500

MOVE-IN: Set-up for the Spokane Golf Show is Friday, February 15th from 1:00PM to 7:00PM, unless other arrangements have been made. You must contact the show office if you plan on moving in Saturday morning of the show – no exceptions! Saturday move in is available 7-8:45AM

SPOKANE GOLF SHOW HOURS

Saturday – February 16 –9 AM – 5 PM

Sunday – February 17 – 10 AM – 4 PM

BOOTH INCLUDES: 3’ high side drape, 8’ high drape, table, 2 side chairs, electrical and wireless internet. 10 x 10 booth size. The Spokane Golf Show will have a Green and White color theme. The Convention Center Exhibit Halls are NOTcarpeted.

FURNITURE ORDERS: Call Design Events at 800-840-2280 if you have questions. Note that there is a large surcharge added if you order on the floor – day of the show.

MOVE-OUT: Begins at 4:00 PM Sunday. NOT BEFORE. All displays MUST be completely removed by 10:00 PM SUNDAY.

EXHIBITOR IDENTIFICATION: Exhibitors receive wrist bands – two per booth. If you need more for your booth please contact the show office.

NO SMOKING: Just a reminder. By law, this is a non-smoking facility. You are welcome to step outside to smoke!

SOUND: Exhibitors are asked to monitor their own booths to be sure the noise levels from demonstrations or video systems does not interfere with others. Vision Marketing reserves the right to determine at what point the sound interferes with others and must be discontinued.

DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE AND GIVE-AWAYS: No person or firm will be allowed to distribute literature or merchandise outside of their own exhibit area. Persons or firms not exhibiting will not be allowed to distribute any literature or merchandise without the written consent of Vision Marketing.

PARKING PASSES: The $15 pass is a coupon for each day of the show. The parking pass coupon codethat you place on your dash allows you to come and go as often as you wish during that day. The parking garage adjacent to the facility is $5 per day if there is room available. $15 Parking passes will be available for sale during check-in and during the event.

HOTELS: The Spokane Golf Show has a show rate and a block of rooms at the Spokane Travelodge, located across the street from the convention center. Call and request the special rate for The Spokane Golf Show, 1-800-578-7878. Hotel parking is free for hotel guests. Other hotels near the convention center: Doubletree Hotel-City Center 509-455-9600, West Coast Hotels (three properties with various price ranges) West Coast Grand (Inn at the Park) 509-326-8000, West Coast River Inn 509-326-5577, West Coast Ridpath 509-838-2711. If you really want to pamper yourself try the Davenport Hotel at 866-836-9330 or the Hotel Lusso at 509-747-9750.

BUSINESS AND OCCUPATION TAX: All commercial exhibitors making sales are required by law to collect and remit sales tax. Please call the Washington Department of Revenue at 509-482-3800, if you have any questions regarding the B & O tax.
