TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Invoicing and Payments
Course fees are due on within 14 days of course booking or as stated on the invoice, whichever is sooner.
Cancellations and transfers are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
If payment of a course fee has not been received within the stated period, a course may be cancelled. The company contact person will always be notified prior to this occurring.
If a purchase order is provided the terms and conditions contained in this invoice override the terms and conditions specified in that purchase order.
Super Spill Solutions reserves the right to restrict the number of participants on a particular course. We do not normally accept more than 30 participants per course.
If our quote is based on a maximum number of participants, this will be specified in the quote.
If a course is cancelled or postponed at the client’s request, all agreed expenses already incurred must be paid for in full. For the purpose of the sections titled ‘Cancellations' & 'Transfers' in this document, expenses are not considered part of the course fees.
Where an account remains overdue easy Super Spill Solutions have the right to charge the client a late fee, plus any debts that may be incurred in the recovery of the outstanding invoices.
Reschedules
Reschedules will only be accepted in writing.
Reschedules for all days of a course are only available prior to the commencement of a course.
No Reschedules fee will be charged if notification is received 20 or more working days prior to the course commencement.
If a Reschedule is made less than 20 working days prior to the commencement of a course, an administrative fee of $150 + GST will be charged. This fee will be waived if the course is rescheduled to within 21 days of the start date of the original course.
If a Reschedule is made less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of a course, 50% of the scheduled course fee will be charged.
If a Reschedule is made less than 3 working days prior to the commencement of a course, 75% of the scheduled course fee will be charged.
Due to commitments to other clients, Super Spill Solutions cannot guarantee that they will be able to reschedule the course to within 21 days of the original start date.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
If cancellations are made 20 or more working days prior to the commencement of a course, no cancellations fee will be charged
If a cancellation is made less than 20 working days prior to the commencement of a course, and administrative fee of 20% of the scheduled course fee will be charged.
If a cancellation is made less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of a course, 75% of the scheduled course fee will be charged.
If a cancellation is made less than 3 working days prior to the commencement of a course, 100% of the scheduled course fee will be charged.
Any refund or reallocation of course fees is solely at the discretion of Super Spill Solutions.
Training Facilities
Workcover NSW requires that trainers must "ensure a suitable training venue is available that provides for an appropriate training environment." (Trainer Admin Guidelines - July 2008).
As failure to comply with this point may affect the trainer’s accreditation, the trainer has a right to refuse to commence training if a suitable venue is not available.
As a guide a suitable venue will have sufficient lighting, chairs for all participants, tables, comfortable temperature, and be in a quiet part of the workplace.
If requested Super Spill Solutions can visit your workplace prior to the training to confirm that your venue meets the Workcover NSW requirements.
General
Super Spill Solutions reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
Super Spill Solutions reserves the right to change dates, content, speakers or method of presentation at its discretion.
Where a refund is due a full refund cheque will be sent within thirty days.
Payment in full is required before certificates are issued.
Privacy
Super Spill Solutions Ltd does not sell or rent its member and client details to other organisations. The information collected on the enrolment form is for the purposes of processing your registration, creating and maintaining participant records, keeping you informed of upcoming events and products and assisting us in improving our service to you. Please contact us with any enquiries you may have in relation to this matter.
These terms and conditions supersede all previous terms and conditions issued.
