Responsibilities:

Functional

The Project Coordinator has primary responsibility for the following:

  • Establish & Continually Improve the Optus Pre-Installation Process
  • Document the Process
  • Create & Edit Process Documents
  • Provide Training on the Process
  • Survey Customers for Continual Improvement
  • Establish & Continually Improve the Optus Installation & Training Process
  • Document the Process
  • Create & Edit Process Documents
  • Provide Training on the Process
  • Survey Customers for Continual Improvement
  • Establish & Continually Improve the Optus Post-Installation Process
  • Document the Process
  • Create & Edit Process Documents
  • Provide Training on the Process and Customer Training
  • Survey Customers for Continual Improvement
  • Coordinate the Distribution & Calculation of Surveys & Results
  • Develop Appropriate Surveys
  • Identify Survey Participants & Assist in Distribution
  • Report on Survey Results
  • National Account Management
  • Assist in Identifying Customer Requirements
  • Assist in the Development of a Scope of Work
  • Manage the Implementation of Customer Programs & Services
  • General Project Management

REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a college degree or equivalent business experience. The candidate must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and able to demonstrate excellent customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a keen attention to detail and great organizational habits are also required. This position requires the successful candidate to be able to multi-task, work within externally developed deadlines, and respond promptly and efficiently to change.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Ability to read, write, and communicate both orally and written to external and internal customers and employees. Ability to work together effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.

Normal vision and normal hearing with or without correction. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs., periodically, throughout workday. Ability to stand,walk, climbs stairs, sit in one place, squat and kneel continuously throughout day. Ability to reach, bend, and twist continuously throughout day. Ability to use hands and feet together for repetitive, coordinated motions. Ability to use hands for gripping and squeezing, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motions.
