SUMMER SHOW REHEARSALS For those successful and cast in the summer show
All cast: EachWeds evening from 8th June inclusive TIME: 7.00-9.00pm
Principals: Each Mon evening from 14th June TIME: tba
SUMMER WORKSHOP WEEK: Mon 25th – Fri 29th July2011 incl. TIME: 9.30am – 4.30pm
COSTUME CALL/PUBLICITY EVENTSSat/Sun 30th/31st July2011
Children will also be called for costume fittings from the 4th June onwards. Often this may be on a Sunday. Attendance is important as we are looking to review the ‘group look’ which we cannot do if cast members are missing.

PERFORMANCES: Thursday 4th – Saturday 6th August 2011 TIME: from 5.00pm

REHEARSAL ATTENDANCE IS A REQUIREMENT!
Please note Anyone unable to attend the summer workshop week (25th – 29thJuly) and the rehearsals and performances in the final week (1st– 6th Aug) will not be able to take part in the show. We also advise you to keep the weekend between workshop week and show week free (31st and 1st August for Costume Call etc). Very occasionally school commitments may clash with Weds evening rehearsals during the summer term. However, the Director must know and agree, in advance, if you are unable to attend a rehearsal. Cast members who miss rehearsals without prior agreement from the Director may be replaced.

PERMISSION TO LEAVE THE ASSEMBLY ROOMS

I agree that
if my child auditions for the summer show, they are available to attend wednesday evening rehearsals, every day during the summer workshop week and rehearsals and performances during show week. If they miss rehearsals without prior agreement from the Director may be replaced. They will also attend costume fittings. Children are welcome to attend the Easter workshop days and not audition.

good behaviour is essential and I understand that the Production Team reserve the right to contact parents/carers of any child who misbehaves and for them to be collected immediately from the workshop/performance.
