1BACKGROUND
Capacity Building under Talent Management which forms part of Strategic Human Capital, is responsible for Rand Water employees training and development. The implementation at site level is managed by the Education, Training and Development Practitioners (ETDP). Training and development of Rand Water employees are a vital and key to contributing to the one of its key strategic objectives, achieving high-performance culture by building internal skills and capacity.
For Rand Water to achieve and exceed its Strategic objectives through theskilled and capable workforce, a number of targeted strategic initiatives whose collective objective is to support and enable core business, the learning programs initiatives are inclusive of:
