Special Request

During the upgrade of courts at the Phoenix Tennis Center, it is very important that we utilize the courts assigned to us as efficiently as possible in order to complete each day’s play per the original schedule.

To help make this happen, I would like to request that all participants follow these guidelines.

1. Check in at the tournament desk upon your arrival at the PTC. Let the desk know if you leave the immediate area for more than a few minutes so that we can quickly get all players to the court once everyone has arrived.

2. Limit warm-up time to 10 minutes.

3. Report scores to the tournament desk as soon as your match has completed so that we can assign it to another group. Please return balls from your match to the desk when reporting the scores.
