Waiver of Notice
of
Special Meeting of the Board of Directors
of
Saint Michael the Archangel Parish
The Directors of Saint Michael the Archangel Parish, an Arizona non-profit corporation, hereby waive notice of the Special meeting of the Board of Directors, and consent to the meeting being held at the Saint Michael the Archangel Rectory, 25394 N. Poseidon Rd, Florence, Arizona, on September 13, 2014 at 11:00 am, for the purpose of discussing and voting on the following proposed resolutions:
· Resolved that St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Parish authorizes the pastor to sign a contract with Greater Mission to perform a feasibility study as a prelude to determine if there are enough resources to conduct a capital campaign. The contract value is $12,000.00.
· Resolved to approve the Parish Annual Financial Report (PAFR) for the 2012-13 Fiscal Year
And to discuss any other business as may properly come before the meeting.
