Introduction and Job Purpose
To support the Maxim Business Training team in the successful achievement of all Employer Responsive contracts, by ensuring the effective recruitment of employers for training programmes to be delivered against all funding streams.
Key Accountabilities
1.  To liaise with and support employers in identifying their business needs and to work with the delivery manager to meet those needs
2.  To promote employer responsive provision by telephone, cold calling and other media, and obtain opportunities for promotion of apprenticeship opportunities.
3.  To ensure effective and efficient engagement and recruitment of employers
4.  To carry out presentations and conduct training needs analyses in the light of business objectives and successfully meet contract demands for all funding streams.
5.  To take responsibility for establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships with employers, ensuring total customer satisfaction and repeat business.
6.  To maintain an accurate record of all enquiries and outbound calls using a CRM and other systems, as required.
7.  To establish, develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of local labor markets.
8.  To provide employers with current and effective advice on relevant training and available funding.
9.  To support careers events, open evenings and other promotional events across the college provision.
10.  To have good knowledge and awareness of health and safety within the sector and competence in conducting workplace risk assessments
11.  To manage own workload and be able to work on own initiative
12.  To undertake all aspects of the post in accordance with the College’s Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Health and Safety policies and schemes
13.  To comply with the College’s Data Protection policy in relation to the collection, use, storage and disposal of personal and/or sensitive data.
14.  To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be expected commensurate with grade, both within and, where required, external to the College.
