The foundation of our Executive MindXchange is its executive presentations (delivered solely by industry practitioners) and interactive sessions facilitated by industry solution providers, vendors, and consultants. Facilitation opportunities include:
Interactive Breakout Sessions
Think Tank
Structured, interactive brainstorming sessions following a formal agenda set by the facilitator, an industry expert. A specific issue is addressed through group activities and exercises designed to foster cross-sharing of ideas, allowing participants to offer creative approaches to common problems. Facilitator introduces the key agenda items, and works with the participants in teams.
Roundtable
Informal, interactive discussions each focused on topical matters of interest, facilitated by industry experts. The objective of these sessions is to foster networking among the group, capture the primary issues to discuss, promote the cross-sharing of knowledge and achieve consensus or closure on key issues.
Mindshare
An interactive panel discussion is facilitated by an industry expert. A panel of industry end-users address real-world issues and related audience questions pertaining to the topic in review. Panelists, drawn from a qualified pool of end-users and Thought Leaders, take an active role in sharing insight and bring a balanced perspective to the discussion. Participants will gain insight into the topic’s scope and breadth, share their challenges and pain points and come to a consensus or closure on key issues.
Additionally, industry solution providers may also nominate key clients to deliver keynote presentations, case histories, or to otherwise participate in the Executive MindXchange.
v Keynote presentations…typically delivered by C-Suite executives of companies that are either leading their market or are rapidly growing. Keynotes can be visionary in nature, or provide details of how that company came to achieve market leadership and how it plans to remain on top.
v Case history presentations…typically delivered by senior executives leading the specific project or initiative. Case histories are in-depth and directly drawn from real-world corporate experiences that outline timely business challenges, the steps taken to overcome them, and lessons learned so that best practices may be applied.
v Peer Council…typically moderated by senior executives is an informal, practitioner-moderated discussion group. This interactive session gives like-minded participants the opportunity to address issues specific to their particular field and/or business process. Thought Leaders will help promote interaction and bring a balanced perspective to the dialogue.
v Ask the Experts! Panel Discussions…are question and answer sessions on a specific topic. Expert panelists explore the issues presented to them by the moderator. The floor is open to questions relevant to the discussion theme, addressed to an individual panelist or the panel as a whole.
