Project: Morning Routine

Options

  1. A video acting out your morning routine (VHS or DVD only). It must be school appropriate.
  2. A visual (poster or collage displaying your morning routine / use real pictures or magazine clippings / Do not label)
  3. Act out your morning routine live (Bring a minimum of 5 props)
  4. Powerpoint presentation

Presentation Part

  1. Write a script in class. The script must contain ten sentences explaining what you do in the mornings to get ready for school (from when you wake up to when you leave for school).
  2. Each sentence must contain a reflexive verb and an adverb or adverbial expression (quickly, well, never, early, etc.).
  3. The script must contain at least four transition words or expressions (first, afterwards, later, then, finally, etc.).
  4. Present to the class without reading.

Grading Format

  1. Your pronunciation, vocabulary usage, grammar, and fluency will be taken into consideration.
  2. The visual, video, powerpoint or live act must be creative and effort must be evident.

Absolutely no English, spoken or written, should appear anywhere on your project!
