2016 Exhibit Space Contract

Space is Limited - don’t delay

With the intent to be legally bound, the undersigned requests exhibit space, as stated below, in the Builders Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania (BANWPA) 56th Annual Home Show, Friday February 26th – Sunday February 28th, 2016. Exhibit space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis as deposits are received. The Builders Association of Northwestern PA will make every effort to fulfill the exhibitor’s request, however specific booth location is not guaranteed until both a deposit and signed contract are received at the BANWPA office. Furthermore, the BANWPA is the sole and final authority on all issues and reserves the right to alter the floor plan and/or reassign any exhibit space location without notice.

38th & Zuck, Erie PA.
New Hours are Friday 2-8 pm--Saturday 10-8 pm--Sunday 12-5 pm

* Note: Large booths are made up of several single 10x9 booth spaces.

Large booths are priced according to the number of single 10x9 booths in the space.

Available Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis as deposits are received:

BANWPA Member Price: $500 per 10x9 Non-member Price: $575 per 10x9

Set up Thurs, Feb. 25 and Fri, Feb. 26 till noon. Tear down Feb. 28 after 5 and Feb. 29

Furthermore, the undersigned agrees to hold BANWPA harmless against any and all claims arising out of Exhibitor’s participation in the 56th Annual Home Show. Exhibitor agrees to abide by the guidelines, defined in the Exhibitor Information in Home Show Information Packet, and agrees that there will be no refunds due to cancellations at any time.

BANWPA reserves the right to reject any application. A signed contract gives authorization to list business name/profile on the BANWPA website until August 2016 or for as long as the business remains an exhibitor in good standing.
