The tournament will be held in strict AGQBA format. We do plan on having three preliminary matches, and then a single elimination tournament to determine the winners. We will have two divisions for large and small schools with the winners of each division playing each other in the final. Preliminary draw will be random, as you will draw a number when you arrive to determine your morning matches

Registration starts at 8:00.There will be a quick coaches meeting at 8:45 followed by a team meeting to explain the rules, where to get lunch, etc. First game WILL start at 9:00. Hopefully games should start every 45 minutes to an hour. However, we will move up the start time for each round if we can. Please call between 12:00 and 1:30 if at all possible.

It will be assumed that your A-team is your team that will compete at Regionals in the event that you register more than 1 team.

PLEASE confirm your attendance via email or fax (479) 648-8204 as we have some problems with checks not showing up until after the day of the tournament. Otherwise we don’t know you are coming.
