  • 16/1080 2 Blanche Lane, EN6 3NZ – Erection of single storey outbuilding
  • 16/0670 2 Blanche Lane, EN6 3NZ – Creation of additional vehicular crossover to access driveway
  • 16/1045 6 Earls Corner, En6 3PF – Dropped kerb to allow access to paved hard standing

The following planning applications were previously considered by the Parish Council and are either pending or a decision has been reached by Hertsmere BC:-

  • 16/0862 7 Blanche Lane, EN6 3NY – Part single part two storey rear extension to include demolition of existing garage and erection of replacement –Permission granted
  • 16/0909/VOC – NIBSC Blanche Lane –Application for variation of condition 4 to allow for an increase in the height of the building following grant of planning permission 16/0270/FUL - pending
  • 16/0841/FUL –NIBSC Blanche Lane – Erection of a temporary laboratory building for 3 years for use as an herbal medicines research and development space – pending
  • 16/0863/CLP – 7 Blanche Lane – Conversion of loft to habitable room with insertion of front roof light and rear dormer. Certificate of Lawful Development (proposed) – Grant lawful certificate
  • 16/0785/ADV A1 Golf Driving Range, Rowley Lane – Installation of 1 no. double sided, internally illuminated, freestanding, digital display sign to replace existing sign (Application for Advertisement Consent) – Pending
  • 16/0761/FUL A1 Shooting Ground, Barnet By-pass Road – Removal of existing structures and erection of pavilion with basement level and residential 2 bedroom flat at first floor level with side dormer windows; Upgrade of existing access from the A1 – Permissino granted
  • 15/1817 New Grange, Blanche Lane – Revised application. Construction of a 2 storey side extension to The Cottage Annexe, to include 3 new front dormer windows to replace existing roof lights and 1 new rear dormer – Pending
